Updated October 15, 2026. Personal Info is a local desktop plugin provided by ArkheOS. These terms cover its download and pages on this site; Widget Canvas has separate terms.

Use of Personal Info

You may download and run the Windows binary to search Codex rollout files that you are authorized to access. It creates a local derived index. It does not offer a remote personal profile or cloud backup. The public binary package does not include the private source code.

Your content and security

You are responsible for your conversation files and for deciding which excerpts to bring into a Codex or ChatGPT conversation. Keep your computer account secure. Historical statements may be outdated or refer to someone else; check the original context and later corrections before relying on them. Do not use the plugin to access files you are not authorized to read or to interfere with another person’s device.

Availability and changes

Personal Info may change as Codex’s local format or host support changes. We may update the download and these terms. A new version’s terms will be dated on this page. You may stop using the plugin and remove its derived data as described in the privacy notice.

Limits

The plugin may miss or misread passages, especially when a source file is incomplete or a parent conversation is unavailable. Check important conclusions against the original source. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the plugin is provided as is, without a promise that it will always be available or error free. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
